    Kwongie here.

    I'm not sure if you're the some Anon as the one that just posted in todays Take a leap post. But based solely on your question, the possibilities and variables are too great to recommend anything.

    Personally i don't suggest anyone to touch supplements as they begin their workout to reach their goal. I believe starting with natural foods and exercise is sufficient until a desire for a higher goal is aimed for.
